We residents of Sakinaka/Asalpha location in mumbai are victim of the incomplete and one sided judgement by the high Court. I would draw your attention to some facts about people living near to pipeline.
1. Many of the people who you say are living near to the pipeline are atleast ,7-8 meter away from pipeline.
2. This is a Private property owned by private owners.
3. Residents here are living for 40-50 Years.
4. In 40-50 Years we saw many natural calamities, we saved our homes and ourselves that time no one came to us.
5. This are the same people who have guarded the pipeline for years.
6. With the ambitious project of 300 CR. Cycle track. Do you even know how many of the people have a cycle.
7. For whom we are giving such large facilities when local people are dumped at mahul.
8. In the name of development common people are suppressed and thrown any how at mahul (Hell)
9. If we request can you stay at mahul for 1 day.
10.No mercy for common middle class people like us.
11. For whom this cycle track is provided ? Higher middle class people and vip's, when you are shifting local people to mahul.
12. The residence of pipeline who have been tagged as a possible contender to contaminated pipe water, will not create any such thing to the gas pipeline/ petroleum company around?
13. How offen did you personaly visited Sakinala-Asalpha pipeline and even Mahul Gaon. Do you even know that mahul is also termed as "Kala Pani" to harass people with environment hazardous gas, un-Hygienic condition, pathetic living condition etc.
14. Even a Shepherd will not send his cattle to graze at Mahul for nourishment. We are human being badly treating other human being like us.
15. With power comes great responsibility, you have all the power, the question is how responsible are you in executing those power?
Now with regards to the High court Verdict
1.You people take 15-16 years for mumbai bomb blast judgement.
2. Does the High court knows how much is 10 meter?
3. Do you know the pressure at which water blast out off pipeline. How can one even stand near it, contamination is a far fetch dream.
4. High Court gave a verdict to evacuate people from near pipeline, is it a complete verdict?
5.Why din't the high Court set a plan for rehabilitation of people near it, was it not informed, based on which 10 meter decision was taken. Is the high Court not competent enough in asking for the plan.
6. what was the rational behind 10 meter. Was 5-6 meter not good enough..?
7. Is all the lakes in Maharashtra from where water is channeled through pipeline to city properly safeguarded..?
8. There was no survey taken by BMC on what basis judgement to distroy our shops/homes given?
9.For kasab a Terrerist who killed thousands of people court was opened at mid-Night then why not give such mercy to common men?
Sir/Madam we are not against giving up our residence/shop which we being operating/living for more then 40-50 years. We only require you to please stop rehabilitation at Mahul and locate us locally by SRA scheme.
